Searches the Korean National Law Information Center for laws, precedents, and administrative rules by keyword. Use when the user asks about a specific Korean law, legal case, or regulation by name or topic. Do NOT use for reading full law text — use law:detail instead. Returns a list of matching results with type, ID, name, date, and direct link to law.go.kr.
